A Junction City man was arrested Tuesday evening following a reported road rage incident in Manhattan, according to the Riley County Police Department.
Officers filed a report for aggravated assault at approximately 6:06 p.m. June 2 near the intersection of Anderson Avenue and Seth Child Road. A 45-year-old man was listed as the victim after it was reported an unknown male suspect brandished a firearm during the incident.
Spencer Dylan Dougherty, 35, of Junction City, was arrested at approximately 6:58 p.m. in the 600 block of Seth Child Road on a charge of aggravated assault.
Dougherty was issued a total bond of $5,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
