A 63-year-old Ogden man has been arrested on multiple felony charges, including aggravated human trafficking, rape and drug distribution, according to the Riley County Police Department.

Luke Maurice Johnson Sr., 63, was arrested at approximately 3:42 p.m. June 2 in the 300 block of Twelfth Street in Ogden.

Johnson was arrested on three counts of aggravated human trafficking; one count of distributing material containing fentanyl, 50 to 250 dosage units, within 1,000 feet of a school; one count of distributing an opiate, narcotic, stimulant or heroin within 1,000 feet of a school; two counts of rape involving a victim alleged to be mentally deficient or incapable of consent due to the effects of alcohol, narcotics, drugs or other substances; one count of domestic battery; and one count of sexual battery.

Victims listed in the case include a 29-year-old woman, a 28-year-old woman and a 23-year-old woman.

According to RCPD, the arrest stems from reports originally filed in 2023 and 2026.

Johnson was issued a total bond of $2 million and remains confined in the Riley County Jail.

Due to the nature of some of the alleged crimes, no further information is being released at this time. The investigation remains ongoing.

Anyone with information related to the case is asked to contact RCPD at 785-537-2112 or Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
