Officers filed a report for driving while suspended, driving while a habitual violator, and violation of a protection order at approximately 10:22 p.m. on June 2, 2026 in the 2200 block of Sloan Street. Kevin Michael Harbaugh, 44, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 10:41 p.m. for driving while suspended, driving while a habitual violator and for violating a protection order. Harbaugh was issued a total bond of $6,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
Officers filed a report for aggravated assault at approximately 6:06 p.m. on June 2 near the intersection of Anderson Avenue and Seth Child Road. A 45-year-old man was listed as the victim when it was reported an unknown male suspect brandished a firearm during a road rage incident. Spencer Dylan Dougherty, 35, of Junction City, was arrested at approximately 6:58 p.m. in the 600 block of Seth Child Road for aggravated assault. Dougherty was issued a total bond of $5,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
Officers filed a report for criminal threat at approximately 5:20 a.m. on June 2 in Manhattan. A 30-year-old man was listed as the victim and a known 41-year-old man was listed as the suspect. Rod Marti Jr., 41, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 9:20 a.m. for criminal threat. Marti Jr. was issued a total bond of $6,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
