Three people were arrested Tuesday for charges including drug possession and crimes involving alcohol. Two of them are held in custody at the Riley County Jail.
Police arrested Rausheed Deshon Green, 14; Madelyn Grace Cook, 21 and Terriundis Merrill Toliver Jr., 19, all of Manhattan, at 11:30 p.m. in the Blue Valley Trailer Court at 730 Allen Road.
