A Manhattan man was arrested Friday evening on multiple Riley County District Court warrants alleging child sex crimes and domestic battery.
Emilio Soto, 41, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 7:36 p.m. July 17 at Tuttle Terrace Mobile Home Park in the 6000 block of Tuttle Terrace.
Soto is charged with one count of aggravated indecent liberties with a child in which the offender is 18 or older and the victim is younger than 14, three counts of rape in which the offender is 18 or older and the victim is younger than 14, two counts of rape in which the offender is younger than 18 and the victim is younger than 14, and one count of domestic battery involving knowingly or recklessly causing bodily harm to a family member.
The warrants carry a combined bond of $502,000. According to jail records, Soto is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
