MANHATTAN, KAN. — Christopher George Summers, 30, of Satanta (Kan.), was arrested at approximately 1:01 a.m. on July 22, 2026 in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. This arrest stems from an original charge of criminal damage to property. Summers was issued a total bond of $10,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

Officers filed a report of criminal threat, harass by telecom device, and stalking at approximately 4:18 p.m. on July 21 in the 800 block of Pebblebrook Circle. A 23-year-old woman was listed as the victim. An unknown 24-year-old man was listed as the suspect. Andrew Steven Goodwin, 24, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 6:42 p.m. for criminal threat, harass by telecom device, and stalking. Goodwin was issued a total bond of $10,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

Officers filed a report of fraud at approximately 6:01 p.m. on July 21 in Manhattan. A 35-yaer-old man was listed as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect claimed to be calling from their bank, asking the victim to CashApp funds to a different account. The total estimated loss associated with this case is $1,364.92.

Officers filed a report of aggravated assault, battery and disorderly conduct at approximately 11:23 a.m. on July 21 in the 1900 block of Little Kitten Avenue. A 54-year-old woman and a 50-year-old man were listed as the victims. A known 48-year-old woman was listed as the suspect when it was reported she became violent and breaking things when asked to leave a place of business.
