A 24-year-old Manhattan man was arrested Thursday in connection with multiple felony allegations, according to the Riley County Police Department.
Officers responded to the 1000 block of Westloop Plaza at approximately 10:35 a.m. Thursday, where they filed a report alleging aggravated assault, theft of property or services, criminal use of a financial card, aggravated kidnapping and cruelty to animals.
Police identified Kansas State Bank and a 22-year-old woman as the victims. Authorities listed Kieshawn Valorean Nolan, 24, of Manhattan, as the suspect.
Nolan was arrested at approximately 1:25 p.m. in the 600 block of Poyntz Avenue on charges of aggravated assault and cruelty to animals.
He was issued a total bond of $7,000 and remained confined at the Riley County Jail as of the time of the report.
