Officers filed a report for contributing to child misconduct, transporting an open container, reckless driving, operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, liquor; consumption or sale of liquor by minor, and possession of marijuana at approximately 10:45 p.m. on July 8, 2026 in the 700 block of Allen Road. Terriundis Merrill Toliver Jr., 19, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 11:30 p.m. for contributing to child misconduct, transporting an open container, reckless driving, operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, liquor; consumption or sale of liquor by minor, and possession of marijuana. Toliver was issued a total bond of $5,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
