A Kansas woman was arrested Wednesday afternoon on drug possession allegations in Manhattan.
According to the Riley County Police Department, Tonia Michelle Kelly, 51, of Home, Kansas, was arrested around 2:15 p.m. in the 200 block of Leavenworth Street.
Kelly was arrested on suspicion of possession of an opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Kelly was booked into the Riley County Law Enforcement Center on a total bond of $6,000 and remained confined at the time of the report.
