Officers filed a report for aggravated domestic battery and aggravated kidnapping at approximately 11:43 p.m. on Aug. 22, 2026 in Ogden.  A 21-year-old woman was listed as the victim. A 23-year-old man, known to the victim, was listed as the suspect. Abel Alvino Guerrero, 23, of Ogden, was arrested for aggravated domestic battery and aggravated kidnapping at approximately 12:51 a.m. on Aug. 23 in Ogden. Guerrero was issued a total bond of $50,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report. Due to the nature of these crimes, no further information will be released at this time.

Officers filed a report for two counts of aggravated assault and possession of opiate/opium/narcotic or certain stimulant at approximately 9:30 p.m. on Aug. 22 in the 1200 block of Moro Street. Two 21-year-old men were listed as victims when it was reported a 27-year-old man, unknown to the victims, made threats with a knife. Alexis Nichole Williams, 27, of St. Louis, was arrested at approximately 10:16 p.m. on two counts of aggravated assault and possession of opiate/opium/narcotic or certain stimulant in the 1200 block of Moro Street. Williams was issued a total bond of $25,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

Justin Dovel Everett, 45, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 2:28 p.m. on Aug. 22 in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road on three counts for violating Riley County District Court protection orders. Everett was issued a total bond of $5,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.

Officers filed a report of aggravated assault, battery, and criminal damage to property at approximately 1:06 a.m. on Aug. 22 in Manhattan. Listed victims included a 20-year-old woman and 19-year-old woman. A 21-year-old woman, known to the victims, was listed as the suspect. Josephine Latifah King, 21, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 2:38 a.m. for aggravated assault, battery, and criminal damage to property. King was issued a total bond of $10,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report. Due to the nature of these crimes, no further information will be released at this time.

Officers filed a report of aggravated battery at approximately 7:59 p.m. on Aug. 21 in Manhattan. A 48-year-old man was listed as the victim. A 42-year-old woman, known to the victim, was listed as the suspect. Sarah Ann Gutierrez, 42, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 11:22 p.m. for aggravated battery. Gutierrez was issued a total bond of $50,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report. Due to the nature of these crimes, no further information will be released at this time.

Sarah Beth Fischer Swan, 44, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 6:21 p.m. on Aug. 21 on 11 counts of forgery and one count of theft of property or services in the 1000 block of Limey Place. This arrest stems from a report originally filed in March of 2024. Swan was issued a total bond of $21,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
