Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 3000 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. on August 4, 2026 at approximately 6:16 p.m. A 15-year-old male self-reported intentionally damaging a window of a building. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,500. The 15-year-old male was arrested for criminal damage to property and subsequently release back to his guardian.
Officers filed a report for theft in Manhattan on August 4, 2026 at approximately 7:11 p.m. A 25-year-old woman and a 25-year-old man were listed as the victims when it was reported an unknown suspect conducted a telephone scam resulting in the transferring of and loss of approximately $2,800.
Keavoyan Kendre Brown, 20, of Manhattan, was arrested on August 4, 2026 at approximately 9:30 p.m on five Riley County District Court warrants. Three of the warrants stem for violations of probation, one warrant was for original charges of aggravated domestic battery, domestic battery, criminal restraint, and interference with law enforcement, and one warrant was for original charges of criminal threat and harassment by telecommunication device. Keavoyan’s total bond for all five warrants is set at $90,000 and he remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
Jake Thomas Monaco, 26, of Olathe, Kan., was arrested at approximately 10:55 p.m. on August 4, 2026 for driving under the influence; 4th or subsequent conviction; blood/breath .08 or >; w/in three years. Jake was issued a total bond of $5,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
