Two people were injured Friday morning in a two-vehicle crash on Fort Riley Boulevard in Manhattan.
According to the Riley County Police Department, officers responded around 7:30 a.m. to the 6300 block of Fort Riley Boulevard.
Police said a 2023 GMC Sierra driven by 40-year-old Andrew Biery of Manhattan collided with a 2023 Chrysler Voyager driven by 47-year-old Andrea Carter of Manhattan.
Carter and her passenger, 51-year-old Rosaline Sheppard, were transported to Via Christi Hospital with injuries.
Police issued Carter a citation for improper driving on a laned roadway.
