Organizers said the proposal for a year-round Flint Hills event complex to replace Riley County’s aging fairgrounds at CiCo Park is nearing its next step.
Dave Lewis and Reese Greenlee joined Within Reason Thursday with Mike Matson on News Radio KMAN to speak on behalf of a task force and discuss the project. They said the county is developing a memorandum of understanding for the project.
An MOU is a document outlining shared goals and expectations established before entering a contract.
