A 29-year-old Ogden man was arrested Monday afternoon on multiple allegations, including criminal trespass, theft and battery.
Jacob Lash Shepard was arrested just before 2 p.m. in the 400 block of 15th Street in Ogden at Casey’s General Store on two counts of criminal trespass, one count of theft of property or services and one count of battery.
Riley County Police listed a 52-year-old woman and Casey’s as victims.
Shepard was issued a $5,000 bond and remained confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of the report.
