Listed victims include a 47-year-old man, a 43-year-old man, and 26-year-old woman. A 29-year-old man, known to the victims, was listed as the suspect. Cru Kalen Eaves Foster, 29, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 1:43 p.m. in Manhattan for burglary, criminal damage to property, contribution to child misconduct, and violation of a protection order. Foster was issued a total bond of $15,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

Kaw Valley Greenhouses was listed as the victim when it was reported a known 44-year-old male suspect embezzled money from the business. The total estimated loss associated with this case is approximately $19,425.

Jose Luis Baez Medina, 25, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 11:14 a.m. in Manhattan on three counts of criminal threat, one count of domestic battery and one count of interference with a law enforcement officer. Medina was issued a total bond of $10,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
