Officers filed a report for an injury accident at approximately 2:31 p.m. on Sept. 17 in the 2100 block of Poyntz Ave. A juvenile male, 16, of Manhattan had crashed his bicycle into a parked Kia Forte driven by Nina McNelly, 42, of Manhattan. The juvenile male was transported to Via Christi for treatment of injuries.

Alfred Walls, 29, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 10:00 a.m. on Sept. 17 at the Riley County Courthouse on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. Walls was issued no bond and remains confined at the time of this report.
Julian Drish, 37, of Texas was arrested at approximately 7:00 p.m. on Sept. 18 at the Riley County Police Department on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. Drish was issued a total bond of $20,000 and is no longer confined at the Riley County Jail.
Jeremy Gaona, 41, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 7:01 p.m. on Sept. 19 near Kimball Ave. and Vanesta Dr. for driving under the influence, criminal threat, and criminal damage to property. Gaona was issued a total bond of $7,000 and is no longer confined at the Riley County Jail.
