Juliette Ave. A 27-year-old female was reported to have called 911 sixteen times, each time remaining silent and never reporting an emergency when officers arrived in the area. The report explained that the 27-year-old female was in possession of a phone that did not belong to her and was using it to call 911. Officers attempted to issue the 27-year-old female a notice to appear, but she refused to sign the citations and resisted arrest when officers attempted to take her into custody. Tantaliyah Parson, 27, of Manhattan, was arrested at 9:00 p.m. at 222 N. Juliette Ave., Manhattan, KS, for harassment by telecommunications device, transmitting/communicating false information to request emergency service assistance, and interference with LEO. Parson was issued a total bond of $5,000 and remains confined at the time of this report.
Officers filed a report of domestic battery at approximately 10:05 p.m. on September 20, 2026, at 1001 S. Seth Child Rd., Manhattan, KS. A 25-year-old female was listed as the victim after it was reported that a known 27-year-old female suspect had battered her. Tantaliyah Parson, 27, of Manhattan, was arrested at 10:59 p.m. at 1001 S. Seth Child Rd., Manhattan, KS, for domestic battery. Parson was issued a total bond of $5,000 and remains confined at the time of this report.
