A 45-year-old Manhattan man was arrested Thursday on multiple allegations, including stalking, violating a protection order and criminal damage to property.
According to the RCPD, Andres Jesus Delafuente was arrested just before 6 p.m. on allegations of criminal damage to property, possession of marijuana, stalking, criminal trespass, violation of a protection order and harassment by a telecommunications device.
The RCPD listed a 41-year-old woman as the victim in the incident, which was reported in the 300 block of Kearney Street.
Delafuente was issued no bond and remained confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of the report.
