Blue Valley-Randolph volleyball made school history Friday, advancing out of pool play at the Class 1A Division I state tournament for the first time in program history at Salina’s Tony’s Pizza Events Center.
Making its first state tournament appearance since 1997, the No. 7-seeded Rams went 2-1 in pool play to earn a spot in Saturday’s semifinals and secure a place among the final four teams in Class 1A Division I.
