Joseph Daniel Brown, 23, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 4:45 p.m. on Oct. 27, 2026 in the 100 block of N. 4th Street on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. This arrest stems from original charges of aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery. Brown was issued no bond and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
Officers filed a report for domestic battery and criminal deprivation of property at approximately 9:28 a.m. on Oct. 27 in Manhattan. A 26-year-old female was listed as the victim. A 31-year-old male, known to the victim, was listed as the suspect. Rafael Caraballo Rodriguez, 31, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 11:33 a.m. in Manhattan for domestic battery and criminal damage to property. Rodriguez was issued a total bond of $6,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of the report.
Officers filed a report for harassment by telecom device and criminal threat at approximately 9:13 a.m. on Oct. 27 in the 5100 block of Vista Acres Drive. A 27-year-old male and a 41-year-old male were listed as victims when it was reported a 48-year-old male threatened the safety of two workers. Jeremiah Daniel Lance, 48, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 9:49 a.m. for harassment by telecom device and criminal threat. Lance was issued a total bond of $6,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
