Metzger commits to K-State after being committed to Colorado from Apri-December, but with the coaching change of Karl Dorell to Deion Sanders, Metzger’s recruitment reopened on Dec. 13. Metzger reported 10 scholarships including Power 5 offers Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa State and Washington State. After adding Iowa wideout Keagan Johnson last weekend, the Wildcats addressed the other side of the ball by adding North Dakota State transfer Marques Sigle, a 5’11” corner. Sigle appeared in 11 games this season for the Bison, who will be playing for the FCS National Championship on January 8th. Each team experienced a slow, sloppy start on the offensive end. Nebraska started the game just 1-for-6 from the field.
