WICHITA, Kan. (AP) A 31-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder after an argument at a party ended with the death of the hostess. The Wichita Eagle reports Lydia Treto, also 31, was killed after being hit by a vehicle Sunday evening in the backyard of her Wichita home. Lt. The last person arrested in connection with the kidnapping case, that took place in October of last year in the 1300 block of Flint Hills Place, was sentenced in Riley County Court Monday afternoon.
