By Tim Everson He can’t really explain or describe it, but going into Kansas State’s 29-27 win over rival Kansas on Saturday, senior Wildcat kicker Chris Tennant knew he was going to have to make a big kick. Whether you want to call it a premonition or just a lucky guess, Tennant’s kicker’s intuition was proven right when K-State’s season and a 16-game winning streak over the Jayhawks rested on his right leg Saturday night. Midway through the first half, the K-State radio team of Wyatt Thompson and Stan Weber told listeners that Klieman was receiving treatment on the sideline because of dizziness. Fans saw Klieman sit down several times and chug fluids. Klieman never left the game though, and was on the sidelines until the end. To view the full article visit theMercury.com.
