Less than 24 hours after their season coming to an end, K-State women’s basketball adds another high school recruit to its 2025 class. Brandie Harrod, the No. 42 overall prospect according to 247 Sports, has committed to K-State. Harrod, a 6’1” forward from Putnam City North High School in Oklahoma City. She has received a four-star rating from 247 Sports, On3 and ESPN. Harrod was originally committed to Auburn, but reopened her recruitment after head coach Johnnie Harris was fired following the SEC Tournament. After losing a major investor, Back 9’s plans for Midtown–a large-scale commercial space in the heart of Aggieville–were halted.
