(AP) Patrick Mahomes tied a franchise record with six touchdown passes and the Kansas City Chiefs put on an impressive offensive display in a 42-37 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday. The 22-year-old Mahomes finished 23 of 28 for 326 yards in his third career start as the Chiefs (2-0) won in Pittsburgh for the first time since 1986. Kansas State ended a long scoreless drought and won its first road match since October 6, 2017, at Kansas, with a 3-0 victory on Sunday at Tulsa. The Wildcats ended the regular season non-conference schedule with a 4-3-2 record. K-State held possession for the first 20 minutes of the match and were rewarded with a goal.
