The Big 12 Freshman of the Week honor for Carr was the 28th time a K-State player earned the league’s freshman honor and the seventh time under Mittie. K-State’s three-game series with San Francisco has been relocated to Lupton Stadium in Fort Worth, Texas, due to winter weather conditions in Manhattan, officials from both schools announced Monday.
