Dr. Timothy Shaffer, Associate Professor of Communication Studies at K-State and Director of the Institute for Civic Discourse and Democracy, joined Thursday’s In Focus program.
Pawnee Mental Health Executive Director Robbin Cole also joined the show in the latter half of the program.
