Riley County Police officers arrested Ross Meuli, 27, of Ogden for the offense of criminal threat on Wednesday.
Meuli was arrested in the 300 block of Walnut Street in Ogden, after he made comments threatening harm to city employees.
Meuli was given a bond of $7,000.00 and is no longer confined.
