Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 400 block of S 5th St. in Manhattan on September 19, 2019, at approximately 3:25 PM. Officers listed 48-year-old female as the victim when she reported an unknown suspect damaged her Grey Mercury Milan 206 window and tail light. Officers responded to the report of an injury crash near the 700 block of Fort Riley Blvd. in Manhattan on September 19, 2019, at approximately 4:55 PM. When officers arrived on scene, they found a white Impala and a red SUV had crashed. One driver, Carol Klataske, was issued a citation for following too close. The second driver, Lawrence Carroll was transported to Via Christi for treatment of his injuries.
