The Kansas Highway Patrol responded to an injury accident Saturday morning involving two vehicles.
Nathan Musil (32) of Marysville was traveling on Tuttle Creek Blvd in his 2000 Buick LeSabre when he failed to yield in time and struck a 2011 Chevy Impala driven by Willette Pitney (59) of Manhattan.
Pitney was also traveling on Tuttle Creek Blvd, but was coming to a stop at the red light at Kimball Avenue.
Neither driver was injured, but a passenger in Musil’s vehicle was. Joshua Musil (7), also of Marysville, was transported to Mercy Regional Health Center with unknown injuries.
