Kenneth Paul Farrington, 47, 2013 Beck St., for failure to appeal. Confined on $3,000 bond.
Clifton Mears Rosin, 22, 6030 Tuttle Terr., Apartment No. 4, for extradition of an imprisoned person. Confined on no bond.
Christopher Demetri Starkes, 23, 610 N. 5th St., for failure to appear. Confined on $250 bond.
Fredrick Darrell Swinson, 24, 1415 Flint Hills Place, Apartment No. 1102, for probation violation. Released on $1,000 bond.
Cesar Riccardo Trevino, 25, Independence, Mo., for extradition of an imprisoned person. Confined on no bond.
Incidents
A Fort Riley soldier is out several thousand dollars after his motorcycle was damaged outside of his apartment.
Sometime between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. on March 31, an unknown number of suspects damaged a 2006 Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle belonging to Saad Pistilla, of 2214 Buckingham St.
The estimated damage to Pistilla’s motorcycle is $2,000.
RCPD has no suspects at this time.

Riley County police are searching for the culprits responsible for damaging two vehicles in the 900 block of Fremont.
Sometime between 6:30 p.m. on April 2 and 5 p.m. on April 3, an unknown number of suspects damaged the driver side doors of a 2002 Jaguar belonging to Patrick Gerstner, 54, Ness City, Kan., and a 2003 GMC Sierra belonging to Isaac Koch, 26, of 925 Fremont.
Damage totals came to $1,000 for Gerstner and $500 for Koch.
No suspects are known at this time. The case is under further investigation.

Riley County police are continuing to gather information on a car crash that occurred in Ogden.
Sometime between 6:10 and 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday, April 3, a 33-year old male and 31-year old female were struck by a vehicle being driven by someone with whom they are involved in a domestic relationship.
The driver allegedly threatened the victims after the collision before leaving the scene.
The victims are familiar with, and have named the suspect; however, as of Wednesday morning no arrests had been made.

A Manhattan woman is behind bars following a violent exchange with her boyfriend
Sometime between 7:15 a.m. and 8 a.m. on Tuesday, police were dispatched to the southeast portion of Manhattan in response to a domestic dispute.
The victim was allegedly cut by his girlfriend, suffering a minor laceration on his hand.
At the conclusion of the investigation, police arrested Deanna Johnson, 23.
Johnson, of 717 Kearney St., is being charged with aggravated battery, battery, criminal damage to property, possession of drug paraphernalia, and unlawful possession of marijuana.
RCPD is holding Johnson on a $3,500 bond.
