The City of Manhattan hosted a stakeholder meeting to discuss K-State’s North Campus Corridor Master plan, Wednesday.
the master plan will lay-out what types of space and infrastructure requirements will be needed to accommodate future growth along North Manhattan Avenue, Claflin Road and Kimball Avenue.
The planning process began late last fall when K-State hired Perkins and Will as its lead design firm. According to Hilgers, the master plan will be complete in early summer, but major infrastructure improvements are not likely until NBAF is completed in 5-7 years.
