On Tuesday the Manhattan City Commission will be taking a look at the 2011 economic development report.
Manhattan City Manager Ron Fehr believes the work session would be valuable for local residents as it details several projects that received benefits from the half cent sales tax. The sales tax is up for vote on November’s ballot.
Fehr says the 2011 report is being presented due to the ability from participating companies to give a clearer view of the reporting period, but will also include some numbers from mid 2012.
The work session will be held at City Hall starting at 5pm on Tuesday. The session will also be televised live on Cox Cable Channel 3, and an article on the session will be posted after it concludes on our own 1350kman.com.
