The preliminary trial for Domingo Soto has been set for the 20th of January at 1 pm in Riley County court.
Soto has been charged with aiding and abetting the 1st degree murder of Steve Freele, and possession of drugs with the intent to distribute.
Soto is currently incarcerated at the Riley County detention facility.
