STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) Jacksonville Jaguars first-round draft pick receiver Justin Blackmon is due in court after he was arrested on an aggravated DUI charge this weekend in Oklahoma. Payne County sheriff Sgt. Brandon Ingham says the 22-year-old former Oklahoma State star is scheduled to go before a judge Monday afternoon. Authorities say Blackmon was arrested early Sunday morning after a breathalyzer test showed he had had three times the legal limit of alcohol in his system. The Jaguars selected Blackmon with the fifth pick in this year’s NFL draft in the hopes that he could upgrade the league’s worst offense. Jaguars spokesman Dan Edwards said the team is aware of the report. Blackmon was released from jail on $1,000 bond. He didn’t have an attorney listed in jail records.
