Riley County Police say an Arkansas man committed suicide on Sunday morning at sunrise.
Police say 78-year-old Charles R. Adams of Mountain Home Arkansas died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound at around 05:00 am on Sunday at Scenic Overlook .
