The Manhattan Manko Senior 17’ers looked to be right at home on Wednesday night in the American Legion “AAA” State Tournament as they routed the Easton Outlaws 20-1 at Tointon Family Stadium.  Manko will play Pittsburg on Thursday night in the winners’ bracket semis at 8:00pm, who beat Leavenworth 17-1.  In the upper half of the bracket, Newton defeated Salina 10-3 and Hays slipped past Winfield 7-6.  Two elimination games are slated to be played Thursday morning at K-State, with the winners’ bracket tilts will be Thursday night.
