Three K-State volleyball players named preseason all-Big 12

Another “Sweet 16” has been raised at Ahearn Fieldhouse after last season’s upset of #2 Nebraska, and the Cats have plenty of expectations with virtually their entire roster back.  The Big 12 conference named three K-Staters preseason all-league.  Junior middle blocker Kaitlynn was a unanimous choice after an all-American season a year ago.  Junior outside hitter Lilla Porubek was honorable mention all-Big 12 last season, and receives a preseason nod.  Senior Caitlyn Donahue receives the first mention from the Big 12 in her career, as she was named preseason all-Big 12.  The Cats open the season on Friday, August 24th against UC Irvine at 7:30pm.
