    #19 K-State knocks off #10 Minnesota

    Earning their 10th 5-set win against just one defeat in the last two seasons, #19 K-State volleyball rallied to beat #10 Minnesota at the Golden Hurricane Classic in Tulsa, 13-25, 25-22, 16-25, 25-19, 15-7.  The Cats beat a top 10 for the sixth time in school history, and extend the best start in school history to 11-0.  Kathleen Ludwig and Kaitlynn Pelger each had 16 kills for K-State, and Lilla Porubek added 11 kills.  Caitlyn Donahue had a double-double with 41 assists and 10 digs.  Minnesota (8-2) was led by 17 kills from Katherine Harms.

    K-State will face #20 Dayton on Saturday morning at 11:00am in their final match in Tulsa.  Tune in at 10:30am for the Standard Plumbing, Heating & Air pregame show with Rob Voelker on SportsRadio 1350 KMAN.
