TCU will face LSU to open the 2013 season at Dallas Cowboys Stadium. Both teams will be making their second appearance in the Cowboys Classic. The Horned Frogs bested Oregon State 30-21 in a half empty Dallas Cowboys Stadium to open the 2010 season, while the Tigers started last season in Arlington, Texas, by beating Oregon 40-27. The game will be played Saturday, Aug. 31 and be televised by ABC, ESPN or ESPN2. TCU and LSU have played eight times, but not since 1968. The Tigers leads the all-time series 5-2-1. This season, Alabama beat Michigan 41-14 at Cowboys Stadium.
