While no details are available at this time, local police activity associated with helicopters was reportedly going on late Friday morning. Riley County Police Lt. Josh Kyle confirmed there was such activity, but indicated he had no idea regarding specifics.
KMAN news has been receiving calls regarding helicopters in the area of Anderson Avenue on the west side of town.
