    KMAN has received more information regarding a breach of privacy arrest over the weekend.

    Riley County police told reporters on Monday that William Reed (20), of the 1000 block of Thurston was taken into custody at 11:30 Friday morning and charged with breach of privacy.

    Reed allegedly used his cell phone to record his 20 year old roommate while she was in the bathroom. Both he and his roommate are students at Kansas State University.

    Reed was released on a $7,000 bond.

    An incident of rape was reported to Riley County police over the weekend.

    Police told reporters on Monday that a 29 year old Riley County woman filed a report with them on Saturday evening that she was raped by a person known to her between 2:00 and 3:00 Friday morning.

    Police are investigating the incident.

    Riley County police told reporters on Monday they are investigating a case of possible child abuse involving a three year old female. The report was filed with them slightly before 3:00 Sunday afternoon.

    No further information is available at this time. KMAN will keep you up to date with the latest information as it becomes available.

    An Edwardsville man is behind bars for failing to appear in court.

    Police told reporters on Monday that Dillon Stevens(28) of the 200 block of Delaware in Edwardsville was taken into custody slightly after 8:00 Sunday night on a failure to appear warrant .

    Stevens remains confined on a $5,000 bond.
