    Arthur Brown Signs Rookie Contract

By KMAN Staff on May 23, 2013 K-State Sports, Sports

Arthur Brown has signed a four-year contract with the Baltimore Ravens.

Brown was a second round draft pick of the Ravens, and is the highest Baltimore draft pick to sign with the team. According to the Ravens team site, Brown will miss the next four to six weeks after undergoing sports hernia surgery. He did take part in rookie minicamp earlier this month.

The Ravens will likely look to Brown to replace former middle linebacker Ray Lewis who retired after the 2012 NFL season.

Meshak Williams, who went undrafted, was already added to the Baltimore roster this month after impressing the team at rookie minicamp. He will get a chance to make the final roster during the Ravens fall camp.

Braden Wilson also recently signed with the Kansas City Chiefs after being taken in the sixth round of the draft.
