A Missouri woman entered a no contest plea in Pottawatomie County District court Monday to felony fleeing and eluding.
Ashley Gillispie, 28, of Higbee, Missouri now faces a July 17th sentencing.  Remaining misdemeanor charges against Gillispie were dismissed.
Gillispie was involved in a two-county chase a few weeks ago with law enforcement after a traffic stop by a Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s deputy on the Oregon Trail Road, about three miles west of St. Mary’s.
Ashley Gillispie was driving the vehicle involved, with Jason Gillispie, 30, the passenger. Jason Gillispie was sentenced last week in connection with the case,  to 12 months, but was granted probation from that sentence for a period of 12 months.
