It’s been found! The G. Thomas Jewelers/Manhattan Running Company Jingle Bell Rock that is! Allison Teeter of Wamego and her brother Levi Teeter of Manhattan have been looking for the rock since they were children in Manhattan several years ago–and Allison finally found it early Tuesday afternoon. She found it on a new paved running path near Rocky Ford underneath a Christmas tree.
Levi actually put it together–suggesting the new running trail off Barnes Road with lots of benches.  He just noticed the running trail this past Friday.
Allison says she spends 30-45 minutes a day working on finding the rock. She’s currently employed with the Office of Educational Innovation & Evaluation at Kansas State University.
The Teeters receive more than $3,000 worth of cash and prizes.
Here is a link to a description of how each clue led them to the Rock.
