HAYS — Authorities say the body of a man has been discovered in a ditch near Hays.
The Ellis County Sheriff’s Office says that around 10:15 p.m. Sunday, a motorist found the body of 22-year-old Dylan Weiser of Thornton, Colorado, about five miles south of Hays.
Ellis County Attorney Thomas Drees said Weiser used to live in La Crosse, Kansas.
An investigation is ongoing.
