Budget Director Shawn Sullivan, who was tasked by the Brownback to implement the review, will begin working with Williams to discuss process, schedule and structure for the review.

Williams is a retired chief fiscal officer with experience in finance and strategic planning.

The review team is tasked with evaluating the existing consensus revenue estimating process, making recommendations for improving the quality of fiscal notes and analyzing existing tax policies.
