JUNCTION CITY — Police say one person is dead and another is in custody following a Christmas Day shooting.
Junction City Police Officers were sent to an apartment at 948 Grant Ave. where they found 31-year-old Jenna Schafer of Junction City dead from an apparent gunshot wound. Detectives and officers worked throughout the day developing a suspect. At around 6:30 p.m. 33-year-old Dion Green of Junction City was arrested on charges of first degree murder in connection with this incident.
