MANHATTAN — Three people were injured Monday in a crash in east Manhattan, that also resulted in one person being Life Flighted to Topeka.

According to Riley County Police Department PIO Hali Rowland, officers arrived on scene of a two vehicle crash at around 11 a.m. at the intersection of Tuttle Creek Blvd. and Allen Road.
