MANHATTAN, KAN. –
Officers responded to the report of an injury crash near the 1800 block of McDowell Creek Road in Manhattan on March 18, 2020, at approximately 8:25 AM. When officers arrived on scene they found a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Erik Ukena of St. George had crashed. Ukena was issued a citation for improper driving on a laned roadway. Ukena was transported to Via Christi for treatment of his injuries.
Officers file a report for theft in the 400 block of Fourteenth St. in Ogden on March 18, 2020, at approximately 10:15 AM. Officers listed an 89-year-old male as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect took his iPhone. The estimated total loss assocaited with this case is approximately $687.00. Officers listed a 36-year-old male as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect took a shotgun, electronics and power tools from his residence.
